Coverage and Benefits

  • Premium payment period of 1 year for coverage period of 1 year.
  • Death coverage which the beneficiary will receive the benefit of 100% of the Sum Assured.
  1. Applicant’s entry age: 1 month and 1 day – 70 years old.
  2. Sum Assured:
    2.1 Minimum Sum Assured of 50,000 baht per policy when purchased for attachment with My First Class @BDMS - Platinum Plan (60MB) (HSMFCP_S) renew up to age 84 years old, cover up to age 85 years old.
    2.2 Minimum Sum Assured of 100,000 baht per policy when purchased for attachment with the following riders.
        1) My First Class @BDMS - Beyond Platinum Plan (120MB) (HSMFCB_S), renew up to age 84 years old, cover up to age 85 years old.
        2) My Health Plus Double Care, renew up to age 89 years old, cover up to age 90 years old.
  3. Ayudhya Term is attachable with all My Health Plus Double Care plans. The Insured needs to have a combined Sum Assured of all applicable  basic policy that meets the conditions as a designated by the Company.
  4. Other accident and health coverages can be purchased additionally to My Health Plus Double Care according to the Company’s guideline.
  • In case of non-disclosure or misrepresentation, the Company has the right to void the Policy within 2 years from the effective date according to the Policy.
  • In case the Insured commits suicide within 1 year from the effective date according to the Policy, or is murdered by the beneficiary.
  • The underwriting shall be in accordance with the Company’s underwriting guidelines.
