Sales Training Coordinator
  • Plan & search to recruit for high-potential prospective AZAY agent
  • Join field-work with new Broker/Agents.
  • Coordinate with relate to support agent when require
  • Communicate with Agent about new products & support the use of appropriate sale tools and promotion materials.
  • Monitor Agent regular activities by activity management.
  • Monitor performance and financial status of Agent
  • Assist Agent in activity strategies to respond to customer service requirements involving claim inquiries and service requests.
  • Provide necessary support for Agent in generating new business opportunities.
  • Direct Agent towards targeted profitable lines.
  • Assist and direct Agent in improving cross-line selling result.
  • Assist Agent in developing an annual business plan.
  • Segment and identify Agent who need assistance in developing strategies and action plans to improve performance
  • Bachelor’s degree in any related fields
  • At least 2 years in insurance business, especially in Agent Management
  • Correspondent letter or e-mail
  • Basic insurance knowledge
  • Good skill in MS Office - Word, Excel, Power Point
