- Plan & search to recruit for high-potential prospective AZAY agent
- Join field-work with new Broker/Agents.
- Coordinate with relate to support agent when require
- Communicate with Agent about new products & support the use of appropriate sale tools and promotion materials.
- Monitor Agent regular activities by activity management.
- Monitor performance and financial status of Agent
- Assist Agent in activity strategies to respond to customer service requirements involving claim inquiries and service requests.
- Provide necessary support for Agent in generating new business opportunities.
- Direct Agent towards targeted profitable lines.
- Assist and direct Agent in improving cross-line selling result.
- Assist Agent in developing an annual business plan.
- Segment and identify Agent who need assistance in developing strategies and action plans to improve performance
- Bachelor’s degree in any related fields
- At least 2 years in insurance business, especially in Agent Management

- Correspondent letter or e-mail
- Basic insurance knowledge
- Good skill in MS Office - Word, Excel, Power Point
