Online Customer Platform
  • 1) Online Product Marketing and Development - based on Adobe Marketing Cloud Infrastructure
  • ­Plan and manage online purchasing path of all prospects from create awareness, educate, interest, engagement and lead into actions on website.
  • ­Manage media optimization to build traffic to product section and ensure most impressive experience on website.
  • ­Define strategy to hook website visitors into product sections and convert cold leads to hot leads.
  • ­Utilize VDO info graphic content effectively for different targets and online platforms.
  • ­Educate insurance product in online space by utilizing paid/own/earn medias.
  • ­Support product marketing team accordingly to product marketing plan by leverage online communications and tools
  • ­Closely monitor on performance by each step of consumer journey from media to customer enquiry including sales closing by channels (conversion rate)
  • ­Identify improvement areas and find solution to develop purchasing part and goal achievement of each product campaign.
  • 2) Digitalization Projects (Agency tools, social media for sales, mobile phone application, etc)
  • ­Work together with project owner and related teams to provide business requirement to IT department.
  • ­Manage project to ensure smooth process and goal achievement within agreed timeline.
  • ­Overseeing the design of landing pages, interface, and optimizing the flow of user interactions to ensure high level of user satisfactions and conversion opportunity
  • ­Supervise development, implementation and maintenance of creative, innovative solutions on website or digital tools.
  • ­Deliver digital tools/platforms with excellent user experience and usability
  • ­Promote tools or platforms in launching period.
  • 3) Support all departments
  • ­Manage day-to-day operations to support all departments who would like to utilize website, digital platforms and online activities.
  • ­Ensure each campaign or activities run smoothly and deliver excellent experience to customer as part of branding experience
  • ­Co-ordinate with IT in term of technical or system development to support other company functions
  • 4) Database Intelligent & Performance Analysis
  • ­Manage data collection process; from platform configuration to daily operation to ensure all key data will be captured properly
  • ­Develop appropriate success metrics across variety of program types
  • ­Analyse program data and drive recommendations for future marketing efforts (include search engine performance, display advertising, email marketing, social media and other integrated campaigns.)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, IT, Business Administration or other related fields
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital programming development, digital marketing, or digital project management, marketing campaign optimization, including search marketing, email marketing and landing page optimization
  • Must have Adobe Marketing Cloud experience / Skill
  • Ability to manage Cross Functional & Project Management
  • Experience in SEO, Research Methodology or HTML
  • Good English communication skills
