Social Media and Content Management

1. Digital Community Management

  • Develop social and marketing campaign strategy and execution for online community acquisition program.
  • Develop content strategy for online community for awareness, engagement and conversion purposes.
  • Create and implement community communication initiatives.
  • Attend networking events or relevant industry workshops.
  • Responsible to initiate necessarily add-on services to improve campaign engagement and new members.

2. Social Network Content Management

  • Create engaging product and lifestyle content for all own platforms, including articles, social media posts (Facebook, Twitter, Line, Instagram, YouTube), newsletter, video and live program.
  • Utilizing social media tools to maximize campaign/content quality and engagement.
  • Liaise with other departments to stay updated on new marketing initiatives, product and service development, and to ensure brand consistency.
  • Lead external agencies to ensure accurate brand representation, community engagement and social conversation of brands/community to increase social voice in the market with organic and paid method.
  • Responsible for campaign measurement, analytic and effective report. 

3. Social Complaint Management

  • Responsible for earned conversation throughout social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) for VOC and co-ordinate with call-center and customer team for escalation process.
  • Responsible for social media monitoring to investigate social conversion of brand and competitor as well as to social network’s comments and requests.
  • Liaise with other departments for online crisis management.
  • Daily tracking with monthly report analysis.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in communication, journalism, marketing or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing and content management.
  • Experiencing in Facebook, Instagram, Line, Linkedin, Twitter and YouTube platform with media planning experience is essential.
  • Have great knowledge of social media monitoring tools to manage community and social media analysis and campaign measurement as well as marketing trends and digital techniques.
  • Proficient in Google Analytics.
  • Strong writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Experiencing in SEM, SEO is preferable.
