- Spearhead the development and implementation of the customer value propositions across all Corporate segment to drive sustainable and profitable growth by using data science to get a thorough understanding of the needs and wants of personal and business audiences and develop motivating propositions to demonstrate how the brand can assist these customers from hygiene level (persistency) to advocacy level (up & cross selling).
- Shape the desired end to end customer experience journeys including digital as a key 'channel of choice also working with internal stakeholder including operation team and front end line & call center to implement successfully proposition to customers
- Responsible for Profit & Lost of the team as the business unit management to ensure team efficiency and also reach the business KPI. Also Create Motivation & Drive Aspiring Environment to the team to face the agility way of working & resilient strategy if needed to optimized on going proposition
- Own and Develop the customer proposition roadmap and work with all relevant functions across the business providing them with clear market and proposition input and driving them to optimize their output to the customer needs

- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, or related filed
- Minimum 10 years of customer value management, in CRM environment or Customer Spending Uplifting

- Ability to manage Cross Functional & Project Management
