  • Verify the CMI report from requesting claims and the adjustment of the reserve as well
  • Report to the direct superior if the Fraud Claim was found
  • Make the negotiation of claim, in case of injured person or death of VMI and CMI claims
  • Approve claims and injury or death expenses, in case of VMI and CMI claims, to provide the reasonable payment for every party
  • Give advices, in case of the negotiation of the injury claim, to the survey officer
  • Follow up results of lawsuits to proceed the bail's driver to control and transfer LorYor 03 to branches
  • Establish the rejection document for irrelevant conditions of claims to report to the authority to sign
  • Considerate verification in claims with accuracy, justice, and transparency
  • Find ways to reduce cost of claims without affecting the source of clients
  • Follow the Service Level Agreement under operation
  • Do operation under avoiding claims in any cases
  • Be service mind to satisfy all parties, according to the company’s policies
  • Report to related parties in case of inability to make the claim
  • Actively verify the progress of the body injury claim of branches to proceed 
  • Bachelor’s degree in any related fields
  • Minimum 3 years of direct experience in Claims, especially negotiation in terms of insurance industry
  • In-depth technical knowledge of theories and practices within claim management and insurance industry operations
  • Problem solving and decision making skills
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Knowledge of the insurance industry, products and services
  • Knowledge and experience of negotiation
