Provide assistance in unexpected cases on the road e.g. broken down car, unable to start, out of battery, flat tyre, out of gas, or forgetting car keys.
Service Details
- Unlimited number of times for roadside service in one year
- One lifting/towing service per year and within 50 kilometers. If the towing distance is greater than 50 kilometers, service fee of 25 Baht will be applied. The Insured is responsible for paying the difference.
- In case of accidental car lock, our staff will coordinate the delivery of spare keys to your location and within 20 kilometers. In case of distance greater than 20 kilometers, service fee of 25 Baht per kilometer will be applied.
- In case of being out of gas and the car is unmovable, our technician will fill the tank with 5 liters of fuel per occurrence to enable the Insured to drive to nearest gas station. This service, including 5-liter fuel, is available free of charge up to 2 times per year.
