**In registering for a policy by email registration, only 1 email can be used per policy per telephone number.

  5. Set your password. 
  6. Login.

  • Customers of Ayudhya Allianz Life Insurance can check their own policy information whether for individual or group insurance as follows:
  •  
  • General policy information checking service, e.g., policy number, coverage, coverage duration, policy status, policy manual or group benefits manual and insurance plan information.
  • Online claim filing service.
  • Claim information service, e.g., summary of compensation claim rights, history of compensation claims, online claims, annual benefit amount, total amount spent, compensation claim filing information, compensation claim status, with information in this part going as far back as 1 calendar year from the current year.
  • Other services and usage installation service, e.g., password changes, PIN code changes, privacy policy, and expression of consent for disclosing tax information to the Revenue Department.
  • Service to search for hospitals located near you. 
  • Privileged services for Healthy Living customers to collect badges to exchange for special prizes on the My Allianz application.
  • Customers can pay premiums online by themselves, receive SMS notification service for premium payments and check policy benefits and debts. Customers can review information and handle transactions by themselves.

  • In addition, customers can choose other types of debt payment service such as automatic bank account payments, automatic credit card payments, payments at the head office, service center or commercial banks and other online payments such as by True Money Wallet or bank websites for banks that participate in the program.
Allianz Ayudhya has many channels for making payments and gives customers the convenience to choose their preferred payment options.

Pay in cash and/or cashier’s check to “Allianz Ayudhya Life Insurance” by writing AC PAYEE ONLY and crossing out “or holder” on the check and specify the insurance policy number or name of the insured person at the back of the check.* *Please request for a temporary receipt every time as proof of premium payment.

Make credit card payments* at the Finance Department, Head Office, Phloen Chit Tower Building, or one of the service centers or representatives’ offices established across the country. 

  • Visa card (any bank). 
  • Master card (any bank). 
  • JCB credit card. 
  • AMEX credit card. 

Pay in cash at the counters of 8 different banks with branches established across the country without charge. These are the banks where you can seek service:

How to Make Cash Payments at a Bank Counter

  1. Enter information into the premium payment due date notification form in “Part 3 (For the Bank)” by stating the branch accepting the deposit and the date of payment.
  2. Present the premium payment due date along with cash to make payment at a bank counter of your convenience.
  3. The bank will tear off Part 3 (For the Bank) and keep it and affix a seal and sign in Part 1 (For the Insured) or issue a payment document or a copy of the transaction record for you to keep as evidence.
  4. Verify the accuracy of the information of the policy after the bank has completed the transaction.
  5. Make payment via an ATM of the 6 banks below. You can pay premiums for yourself or on behalf of another person by ATM by following each of the following banks’ procedures:

    - Bank of Ayudhya
  6. - Kasikornbank
  7. - Siam Commercial Bank
  8. - TMB Bank
  9. - Krungthai Bank
  10. - CIMB Thai Bank

You can make payment at places that contain these symbols without charge, where you can pay up to 30,000 baht per invoice:

  • Counter Service at every branch that contains the symbol. 
  • Thailand Post Co., Ltd. at every branch office that contains the symbol. 
  • Tesco Lotus at every branch that contains the symbol. 
  • Service offices of AIS/Telewiz at every branch that contains the symbol. 

* Please keep the receipts you receive at various counter service outlets as evidence. 

Make payment by post by sending a check/draft/cashier’s check addressed to “Allianz Ayudhya Life Insurance PCL.” By writing a line over Account Payer Only and crossing out “Or Holder” and attach Part 2 of the invoice and send it to the Finance Department of Allianz Ayudhya Life Insurance PCL., 14th Floor.

The amount of debt interest that appears on the premium invoice is interest calculated on the due date. If you do not make payment on the due date, the interest of your debt will change, by which the company will primarily make considerations based on the date that you make your payment.

If you do not receive an invoice notifying you a premium payment due date, or if you wish to pay any outstanding debt according to the policy (if any), you can contact us to ask for information about how to make payment at the Allianz Ayudhya Customer Service Center by dialing 1373.

 *For credit card payments:
 
  1. For insurance policies with a premium duration greater than 5 years or policies that renew automatically with a coverage period of 1 year with the ability to be renewed automatically.
  2. The credit card used to make payment must belong to the insured person. Otherwise, the credit card holder must share the same last name as the insured person.
  3. We reserve the right to accept only insurance premium payments. (All other types of debt payments are not included).
  • You can send documents through a representative by using a letter of consent for making premium payments by use of credit card. Otherwise, the insured can make payment at Head Office counter or any of the Company’s 9 branches. 
  • Payment can be made online by Visa card or Master card issued by any bank, including JCB card.
  • Payments must be for premiums with a minimum duration of 5 years. 
  • The BASSURANCE channel is equivalent to 5 years, so its payments can be done by credit card. 
  • For increased convenience and comfort, customers can manage compensation claims easily on their phones almost as if they have their policy on them. Customers can also view the remaining coverage after a claim and manage claims personally on the My Allianz application easily without having to worry about lost documents.   • Only available for valid policies that are not reduced paid-up policies and extended-term policies.
  • The loan amount provided depends on your insurance plan and policy expropriation value.

If the customer would like to report a change in first or last name, address, telephone number or email, the customer can easily do so via three channels as follows: 

  1. For convenience and speed, the customer can download My Allianz application and update their information directly with immediate effects.
  2. Allianz Ayudhya Customer Care Center by dialing 1373 at any time with 24-hour availability (for telephone number/email only).
  3. Send a request for policy amendments along with an attached copy of a citizen identification card by email at customercare@allianz.co.th
  • This is to keep you from missing out on important documents, especially those relating to tax management. Customers can download premium payment certificates to apply for tax deductions via the My Allianz application in person by simply doing the following: 
  • Download the My Allianz application and register for service.
  • Choose the menu “For Customers”
  • Login using your national identification card number or username along with a password. Otherwise, set up a PIN/fingerprint or face ID login system.
  • The system will take you to your policy page. Select the menu on the top right. 
  • Choose Downloads and then Download premium payment certificate.
  • Press to download. Your document will be stored in your mobile phone.
