Brand & Communication (EVP & Internal Com)
  • 1) Internal Marketing and Activity Support
  • Scope of work covers 1. Hospital Service Awards 2. All operation-led service ie My Allianz 3. TCC employee-related projects and other operation supports
  • Receiving brief from cross function on the project and propose the initiative and recommendation
  • Design and develop customer marketing communications materials for the project assigned and align with company branding and marketing strategy
  • Execute detail work and communicate to all stakeholders
  • Review and monitor the result during the implementation
  • Perform analysis and evaluate the project launched to continue what worked and correct what didn’t work as well as recommend the action to improve the results
  • 2) Customer communications
  • Manage customer communication campaign/activity that help drive customer engagement and satisfaction ie Nursing Care services, Special promotion/privilege ie Flu Vaccine in special price
  • Review communications material that will be sent to customer ie Manual, UI Pocket guide, Hospital Network leaflet, customer manual, Customer Policy - Customer Letter
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration, or related filed
  • At least 3 years of experience in Marketing and Customer Services and/or Corporate Communication in insurance, consumer, or banking business Project
  • Experience in Public Relations function would be preferred
  • Customer Services and Communication skill
  • Good Project Management and Analytics Thinking skill
  • Good command in English
