Job Responsibilities
  • Query customer data following requirements in data extraction criteria of each campaign, including verify data with accuracy.
  • Coordinate with Data Centre to print out mails/ offer letters and collect monthly billing notices printed. In case of outsourcing mail printing service, coordinate with Purchasing and outsourced letter shop to prepare data and provide template guideline for testing and printing
  • Manage campaign , and monitor to ensure that the campaign plan is managed with accuracy and in alignment with target customers and company’s guidelines
  • Manage campaign communication materials with efficiency, effectiveness and timeliness
  • Perform analysis on post-campaign implementation, and analytical comparison on an outcome with Database Marketing forecast and target

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Administration or Marketing
  • Work experiences: 1-2 years in Marketing or Operations, preferred life insurance, banking industry
  • Experienced in project management and also have ever been launched more than 2 campaigns
  • Experienced in working team environment and able to work under pressure.
  • Experienced in working with representatives from various departments to support the campaign and other ad-hoc projects.
  • Support the implementation of multiple projects at any given time.
  • Microsoft programs especially Microsoft access are required

    Vice President, Corporate Actuarial
    Job Accountabilities
    • Perform experience study and develop assumptions for financial projections.
    • Perform coding/ programming, define the financial and dependency impacts, communicate the impacts to all relevant parties and ensure the successful implementation.
    • Provide the statistic financial/ performance reports, and perform analysis and commentary of the report.
    • Monitor and validate the information regarding to actuarial valuation in the system.
    • Review and ensure the accuracy of the actuarial valuation reports.

    Job Accountabilities
    • Prepare audit planning process according to Regional Audit Standards Guidance.
    • Develop Annual and Long-term Audit Plan (five-year plan) using a risk-based methodology.
    • Prepare the Final Audit Plan for processing the approval from the President and Audit Committee.
    • Conduct the assigned audit project by following the Internal Audit Manual which aligns with Allianz Group Audit Manual.
    • Perform Audit Preparation process, including collection of information, risk assessment, definition of the audit scope, allocation of task within the audit team and development audit work program.
