Supervisor to Assistant Manager - Claim Assessor

Job Responsibilities
  • Continuously monitor and make decision for the pending cases of Claims Reimbursement, or back log.
  • Consolidate the complex cases and prepare for Claim Committee and COO/ CEO according to the authorization.
  • Perform rejection of claims reimbursement.
  • Approve for the payment base on authorization.
  • Support FAX claim service in weekday and holiday.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Nursing, Business of Sciences (Medical Technology), or other related field.
  • 2 – 3 Years of experience in Claims Management, Underwriting, or other related fields in insurance industry.
  • Knowledge of insurance industry and product.
  • Professional nursing/ medical knowledge.
  • Customer focus skill.
  • Coordination and communication skill.
  • Detail orientation skill.
