Control holistically analyze performance researches and studies; BPM, Top Down NPS, Bottom Up NPS, and Customer Compliant Management.
Propose proper action plans to address particular branding and customer experiences issues.
Create marketing campaigns and build up strategies to improve performance.
Prioritize research project from internal customers; Agency channels or support functions.
Review and revise detailed proposal, research respondents’ profile, methodology, project cost, questions and/or questionnaires with internal customers and have their consensus and approval.
Present key findings and concerns to working team, if required and have consensus on solutions/next steps together.
Have the overall responsibility to manage the entire project portfolio of the Agency.
Manage the overall Project Management process by aligning between Agency and overall strategy/ organization.
Provide advice and guidance to Agency Strategy team to ensure that all activities are implemented accurately in accordance with procedures and processes.
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related filed.
At least 12 years of experience in Marketing, Marketing Strategies, Marketing Research in insurance, consumer, or banking business.
