Staff to Manager - Agency Training & Development (BKK & Upcountry) Many Positions

Job Responsibilities
  • Continuously assessing training requirements, source or design training materials as required and to facilitate delivery to ensure all provided courses drives business.
  • Be a trainer to providing expertise and leading the coordination, operational activities of delivering product knowledge, selling skills and sales effectiveness training programs throughout the country.
  • Tracking and monitoring the development of individuals in the commercial organization.

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field
  • 1 - 5 years' experience in sales training and any related field
  • Flexible and able to travel
  • Good communication skill, presentation skill, and interpersonal skill
  • Have background training in insurance field is preferable
  • Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
