Staff to Supervisor Customer Analytics

Job Responsibilities
  • Query customer data following requirements in data extraction criteria of each campaign, including verify data with accuracy.
  • Coordinate with Data Centre to print out mails/ offer letters and collect monthly billing notices printed. In case of outsourcing mail printing service, coordinate with Purchasing and outsourced letter shop to prepare data and provide template guideline for testing and printing
  • Manage campaign , and monitor to ensure that the campaign plan is managed with accuracy and in alignment with target customers and company’s guidelines
  • Manage campaign communication materials with efficiency, effectiveness and timeliness
  • Perform analysis on post-campaign implementation, and analytical comparison on an outcome with Database Marketing forecast and target

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Administration or Marketing
  • Work experiences: 1-2 years in Marketing or Operations, preferred life insurance, banking industry
  • Experienced in project management and also have ever been launched more than 2 campaigns
  • Experienced in working team environment and able to work under pressure.
  • Experienced in working with representatives from various departments to support the campaign and other ad-hoc projects.
  • Support the implementation of multiple projects at any given time.
  • Microsoft programs especially Microsoft access are required
