Vice President - Bancassurance Sales Management

Job Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain the strong relationship with bank partners to generate sales volume according to the target.
  • Partner with Banks for contribution of sales targets.
  • Manage and build sales performance and capability of BDM/ BDE team through the design and development of training roadmap for BDM/ BDE team.
  • Provide advice an d close monitoring on sales performance and service quality.
  • Coordinate with the internal parties (e.g. Statistics, Claims, Underwriting, POS) and create internal network to follow up the outstanding routine tasks in order to meet and achieve clients’ satisfaction.
  • Manage and provide sales support to BDM/ BDE team by arranging and conducting sales team meeting.
  • Partner and work closely with the training team to develop and deliver training program to bank partners.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or other related fields.
  • 8 -12 years of experience in Sales Management, Relationship Management, Sales Operations Support or other related fields in insurance or banking business.
  • Sales operations support skill.
  • Coordination and communication skill.
  • Customer services skill.
  • Knowledge of product and insurance industry.
  • Problem solving and decision making skill.
